SHIPPING AND RETURNS

ORDERS

We ship worldwide. Every order is shipped from Finland. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. You can expect 2-5 working days on deliveries to Scandinavia, 3-7 working days to Europe and 6-14 working days to rest of the world. Of course COVID-19 situation may cause some delays. We ship through Posti Group. I also have added UPS Express shipping option if you need your order really fast! 

Every item has 1-4 weeks (knitted pieces might take longer) production time (might be shorter or longer depending how many orders I have) and after your order is ready I will ship it to you as soon as possible! You will receive an email when I've sent your order and a tracking number for it. We are not responsible for anything that happens after we have shipped your order or anything else that is out of our control. 

RETURNS

If you order XS-XL size you can return it or change it to a different size. Please contact me if you need to return your Éin piece. 

I can't accept custom size order returns (or any other clothes you have made costom changes to) because the clothing is made to your own measurements you have told me. So Éin does not provide a refund of custom pieces.

Customer is responsible for all extra shipping costs and possible additional cost. And the item must be returned exactly in the same condition as you received it with tags on within 14 after receiving it.
